Kapu community are more than 1 Crore in AP : Mudragada

Kakinada : It is learned that AP Assembly passing the reservation bill, Kapu leader and Ex Minister Mudragada padmanabham expressed dissent at pulse survey figures that said Kapus are only 50 lakhs in population. Although we were offered meals by CM, we are only catered with tiffin. It's so bad that data shows only 50 lakhs of Kapu population while we (Kapu community) are more than 1 Crore in state. So, we request CM to recount it, double the reservation that is offered and then claim the credit for fulfilling poll-promise.

He lashed out at TDP leaders for making false allegations against his movement. 'We only also asking the promise made in your manifesto and nobody (referring to Jagan Mohan Reddy) is offering us money for this agitation. So, do not attempt to make fake accusations against me as you have seen me working with you in the past.' Towards the end, Mudragadda said that he does not require mileage for this movement.
